A Yummy Treat

Seeing all the coconut goodies in the stores recently prompted me to find a coconut macaroon recipe and make some at home.  So, after a little searching I found this one.  I was not disappointed!  They are delish!  I LOVE coconut, so these little treats are a perfect morsel for an afternoon sweet when my kiddos are sleeping.  Now, I'm the only one who eats these at my house, which means I'm the only one who eats them....so I only made half a batch!  :)
